Training in smaller groups (2-5 persons)

Training in small groups is very similar to individual training, the only difference is that up to 5 people work together.

It is also more individualised because the trainer can dedicate his time to each individual person and in such a way he can have better impact on optimum development of motoric and functional abilities.
