Dora graduated from the Faculty of Kinesiology at the University of Zagreb, with masters in Physical conditioning of athletes. Her major area of interest is physical conditioning of tennis players because she used to be a junior national team member. She has been developing her love towards training and sports by constantly investing in her own knowledge at numerous conferences and seminars. Even though she is petite, she is extremely dynamic but also quite meticulous in running trainings, so don’t be surprised if she calls you a “squid” and you can check yourself what this expression could mean!
Marko graduated from the Faculty of Kinesiology in Zagreb, with masters in physical conditioning of athletes. He started to work in his last year of university studies, and realised that this was actually his dream job. He has been boosting his knowledge here at Biotrening for the past two years and says he is ready for new adventures.
Vlatka studied at the Faculty of Economics, but she feels very comfortable around kinesiologists because as a professional athlete and a member of the senior karate national team she has gone through a number of training sessions. Her life is hectic and stressful, but she doesn’t mind because she loves her job and most of all she loves working with people. She is very much fond of music and she likes almost all genres, but pop and r’n’b are her favourites. She is not a particular movies fan, so she does not spend her free time watching movies. Still, she will not refuse an invitation to go to the cinema. She loves food and enjoys it, but because of her sporty lifestyle it is important that her food is rich in protein and vitamins. Edin graduated from the Faculty of Kinesiology in Zagreb, and he played handball from an early age. He played on all positions, but he had greatest success as right field. As he was growing up he listened to hip hop music, Tram 11 and Eminem being his favourite artists. He is one of the greatest fans of Star Wars, Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter. He discovered his attraction to fitness only when he started studying and when he made his first fitness steps. Today he has already 15 years of experience in this industry, and he has also obtained various certificates. In his spare time he works as a private trainer. Still, he is a full-time dad to Linda and Lorena.
After graduating from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, with masters in Croatology and Sociology, Ana began working as a journalist in various magazines. Though she has accumulated years of experience in this field, she decided to change her profession and completed the international Yoga Alliance 200-hour education to become a yoga teacher in Spain. Her motivation is always to give everyone exactly what yoga can give them. There are no two identical bodies, just like there are no two identical minds. That’s why every hour for her, whether with new or the same people, is a new challenge and she gives her best to achieve mutual satisfaction.
Viktorio graduated from the Faculty of Kinesiology in Zagreb. The sport he chose when he was 9 was basketball. He carefully listened to his coach and he very successfully implemented all his advice and therefore took the position of point guard. He loves listening to Meat Loaf and Jean-Michel Jarre, and the film he has seen countless times is “Rocky”. He gained his experience working at well-known fitness centres and, in addition, he has been transferring his knowledge to students of the Faculty of Kinesiology where he works as an external associate at the Group fitness programs course. People perceive him as communicative and entertaining, and his clients remember him for his saying: “Don’t be a mush!”
Mira graduated from the Faculty of Kinesiology at the University of Zagreb, with masters in Kinesiological Recreation. She enrolled the Classical ballet school at the age of four, and in 2005 she became classic ballet dancer. During the course of the study she also participated in road cycling, where she also achieved many significant results. In her final university year she started working as a Pilates instructor. She applies the experience and knowledge acquired through classical ballet in Pilates, which gives additional dimension and dynamics to the program. Even though she is petite and quiet, her group program is a total contradiction.
She was born on 21st November 1990 in Kraljevo, Serbia. She completed her Physiotherapy studies at the Zagreb University of Applied Health Sciences and completed her professional study in Physical conditioning of athletes at the Faculty of Kinesiology. For the last 9 years she has been actively involved in martial arts and she has been a member of national selections in classic amateur boxing and savate. She has won numerous national and international championships. In the last 3 years, besides working in a special hospital, she has been involved in Biotrening and has worked with injured athletes as a rehabilitation trainer, and in the field she has been combining knowledge gained in the hospital with sports experience from martial arts. Additional trainings she has attended, such as PNF, Emmett, Anatomy trains, Medical flossing and Kinesio taping, are mainly inspired by the idea of prevention and diagnostics in contestants, but they have also proved to be extremely helpful in working with all types of clients, including those with neurological and orthopaedic problems.
Diana was born on May 2nd 1995 in Cannes, France. She graduated from the Faculty of Kinesiology with masters in Phyisical conditioning of athletes. For 10 years she was a member of the national team in diving, and she won many medals both on European and world level. After finishing her sports career she dedicated her time to studying and also at Biotrening where she started working as a conditioning coach in football and diving. As a result, she was invited to be part of the Croatian national women’s basketball team and she went to European championship with them as their conditioning coach. Alongside working with sports teams, she has also worked with individual athletes, as well as with amateurs. She is motivated to continue her professional development and to work with clients at Biotrening.
She was born on April 2, 1983 in Split. She used to be a professional basketball player, member and captain of the Croatian national basketball team, participated at the Olympic Games and won many European competitions and medals. She spent her professional basketball career mostly playing across Europe (France, Spain, Turkey and Hungary). At the end of her professional career she enrolled undergraduate studies in the course Physical conditioning of athletes at the Faculty of Kinesiology in Split, and at the same time worked at the Paleta clinics in Split where she worked with professional athletes. In addition, she was selected by the Croatian Basketball Federation as a women’s representative for the TIME OUT project where she studies Leadership and Management at the Northumbria University in England. She is more than happy to be able to share her experience and knowledge with Biotrening clients.
Vedran is physical conditioning coach and Business secretary of Croatian Physical Conditioning Association. He earned his Master of Kinesiology degree from the Faculty of Kinesiology at the University of Zagreb where he works on his PhD project about effects of repeated sprint ability and sprint training on physical conditioning parameters. As far as his practical experience in professional team sports goes, he started his physical conditioning coaching career working at Basketball Club Dubrava (1st Croatian Basketball League), Basketball Club Zrinjevac (2nd Croatian Basketball League), he worked 6 years in Croatian Basketball Federation with youth teams (from U14 to U20) as well with Croatian Basketball national team as an assistant physical conditioning coach. He continued his career working 4 years in Football Club Zagreb (1st Croatian Football League) where he won league title of 2nd league and promoted in 1st Croatian Football League, Football Club Sheriff Tiraspol (Moldova), Football Club Adanaspor (Turkey), Football Club Rudeš where he also won league title of 2nd Croatian Football League and promoted in 1st Croatian Football League and in FC Olimpija Ljubljana (1st Slovenian Football League) where he won with his team 1 place in League and won the Cup title. Vedran attended Conferences in field of sports and physical conditioning and he teach on Faculty of Kinesiology at the University of Zagreb on field of physical conditioning in sport.

Marko Matusinskij works as a head of performance at NK Istra club as well as strength and conditioning coach of the first team. Marko graduated in 2015 at the Faculty of Kinesiology at University of Zagreb. After study he was selected as an external associate for 4 years at Faculty of Kinesiology. He started his career with young age categories of the Lokomotiva football club. At that time he also worked at the universal sports school coach and at Diagnostic Center within the Faculty of Kinesiology. He then spent two years at the club NK Rudes working with young age categories as a fitness preparation coordinator with a specialization at the junior age. During his stay in Rudes, he participated in several projects (International Tournament and Campaign with U15 U17 and U19 Women’s Football Team and NIKE Project). He continues his career in the first team of the Rudes football team in the 2017/2018 season. He also worked as a fitness coach at ZNK Dinamo. During these years he has been conducting the mentoring role for young strength and conditioning trainers. Marko shows interest to scientific work and has also participated in several conferences. His areas of interest are models of long-term sport development, sports diagnostics, load management and planning and programming in team sports, more precisely soccer. His career continues in NK Istra as part of the Baskonia – Alaves project.
